Website Giveaway Contest Disclaimer

By participating in the Website Giveaway Contest hosted by Mancino Technologies (“the Company”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Prize Description: The Company is giving away one free WordPress website every month. The website includes a basic WordPress template similar to technicallyweb3.com, with a static footer crediting and linking to Technically Web3 or Mancino Technologies. The website will also include a blog with 5 pieces of AI-generated content to help you get started.
2. Entry Requirements: To enter the contest, participants must create a post or video for their audience, following the typical format. The post or video should express interest in receiving a free website from the Company and explain why they believe they deserve it.
3. Selection Process: The contest is not a random draw. The Company will review all entries and select winners based on criteria including but not limited to the quality of the content, the size and engagement of the participant’s audience, and the alignment of the participant’s goals with the Company’s mission and values.
4. Validation: Before work commences on the website, the Company reserves the right to validate the information provided by the contestant. Any false claims or misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the contest.
5. Prize Exclusions: The prize includes the design and development of the WordPress website only. Hosting and domain name registration are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
7. Consent to Use Content: By participating in the contest, you grant the Company the right to use your post or video, including any content therein, for promotional purposes related to the contest and the Company’s services.
8. Disclaimers: The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice. The Company is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect participation in the contest.
9. Release of Liability: By participating in the contest, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. Governing Law: The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
